‘Pushpa 2’ has created history as it has crossed the record of Prabhas starrer ‘Baahubali 2‘ which is the highest grossing Indian film. The collection of that was Rs 1040 crore. And now the collection of ‘Pushpa 2’ is higher and the film is still continuing at the box office. While Pushpa 2 and Allu Arjun may have surrounded themselves amidst the stampede controversy, there certainly aint no stopping to their movie.
The film ended up making more than Rs 50 crore just on its third weekend. On Sunday, it made around Rs 34 crore. Thus, there was a drop on Monday and it made only around Rs 13 crore. However, it saw a slight growth again on Tuesday. This may have to do with the fact that it’s Christmas today and a holiday, hence, there may be more footfalls in the night shows. The movie made Rs 14.25 crore on third Tuesday, according to Sacnilk. Thus the total collection of the film now stands at Rs 1089.85 crore now in india, in all languages. Out of this, Rs 701.65 crore comes from the Hindi version while the Telugu version has made Rs 321.05 crore.
