Freshworks founder sells $40 million shares

BENGALURU: Freshworks founder Girish Mathrubootham recently sold shares in the software-as-a-service company worth nearly $40 million, according to US SEC filings.
Mathrubootham sold 2.5 million shares in two tranches on Dec 18 and 19, reducing his stake in the company from approximately 5% to around 4%.
