Baba Siddique, a former Maharashtra minister and member of Ajit Pawar faction of Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) was shot dead in Mumbai’s Bandra on Saturday night October 12, 2024. This tragic Incident took place around 9:30 pm at office of his son Zeeshan Siddique, who serves as a MLA from Bandra east. The news agency ANI confirmed the death of the senior politician.
Attack details:
According to the sources three bullets were shot, out of which one bullet hit him in the chest. He was rushed to Lilavati hospital for emergency medical attention, but despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. Authorities have taken two individuals into the custody for questioning about this shooting incident.
